1. Start with a free phone consultation
Choose a convenient time through the Scheduling page. We’ll briefly discuss your concerns, answer initial questions, and determine whether Pelvic Shanti is a good fit for your needs.
2. Complete your initial evaluation
Your private 90-minute evaluation gives us time to discuss your history, understand your symptoms and goals, and complete an assessment at your comfort level.
3. Follow your personalized plan
Your one-on-one treatment plan may include education, movement and strengthening, lifestyle strategies, and hands-on care when appropriate. Follow-up visits are 60 minutes.
